Effective with all doctor of chiropractic licenses renewed on or after July 1, 2009, a minimum of four (4) of the sixteen (16) required hours of continuing education shall include topics designated by the Board. Of the sixteen (16) hours, the four (4) required Board hours consist of two (2) hours of ethics, one (1) hour of risk management, and one (1) hour of documentation/coding. Please refer to Rule 73.3 of the Texas Administrative Code for more information at www.tbce.state.tx.us, under the link, “Statutes and Rules.”
